摘 要:炼焦煤中煤解离再选后可回收部分质量合格的炼焦煤,利于实现煤炭的清洁利用并提高经济效益。拟以贵州六盘水某选煤厂炼焦煤中煤为研究对象,确定其灰分、固定碳、硫分及主要组成成分后进行解离再选试验,探究不同磨矿细度及不同浮选药剂条件对浮选结果的影响,得到最佳浮选条件后再利用多段精选试验得到高产率低灰精煤产品。结果表明,复配捕收剂M6318的捕收性能优于柴油等传统捕收剂,最佳用量为1200 g/t;六偏磷酸钠作抑制剂的效果优于水玻璃,最佳用量为2000 g/t;最佳解离磨矿时间为12 min,对应磨矿细度为80.07%;为减少药剂损耗及机械夹带现象,利用煤粒粗细及性质差异进行多段精选试验,可得到灰分为6.98%、9.47%的两段精煤产品,脱灰提质效果明显。Some qualified coking coal could be recovered after the liberation and recleaning of coking coal middlings,which was conducive to the clean utilization of coal and the improvement of economic benefits.After determining its ash,fixed carbon,sulfur and main components,the coking coal middlings in a coal preparation plant in Liupanshui,Guizhou would be used as the research object for liberation and recleaning test.The test aims at exploring the influence of different grinding fineness and different flotation reagent conditions on the flotation results.After the best flotation conditions were obtained,the high yield and low ash concentrated coal products were obtained by multi-stage cleaning separation.The results show that the collecting ability of compound collector named M6318 is better than that of diesel oil,and the optimal dosage is 1200 g/t;compared with sodium silicate,sodium hexametaphosphate is more effective as an inhibitor,whose optimal dosage is 2000 g/t;the optimum grinding time for coking coal middlings dissociation is 12 minutes,whose corresponding grinding fineness is 80.07%;in order to reduce reagent loss and mechanical entrainment,the difference of coal particle size and properties is used as the basis for multi-stage cleaning separation,two stage clean coal products with ash content of 6.98%and 9.47%could be obtained,the effect of ash removal and quality improvement is obvious.
