摘  要:接缝是预制节段桥梁的薄弱部位,为改善接缝力学性能、简化施工,针对预制节段桥梁设计一种钢榫键接缝。为研究钢榫键接缝剪切性能,设计6个“Z”形试件开展直剪试验。试验将剪力键类型(混凝土齿键、钢榫键)、接缝类型(干接缝、胶接缝)作为试验参数,对两种剪力键在直接剪切力作用下的裂缝发展、破坏模式、剪切位移、极限承载力、残余承载力进行试验研究。研究结果显示:钢榫键接缝的刚度和承载力明显高于混凝土齿键接缝,且试件开裂瞬间钢榫键接缝预压应力幅小,水平预压力体系相对更稳定。混凝土齿键、钢榫键胶接缝均出现直剪破坏,但钢榫键胶接缝直剪破坏后受力类似其干接缝,残余荷载与极限荷载比值大。基于节段梁传统施工方法,介绍钢榫键接缝利用短线法、长线法和模块化法施工的方法,并结合2片节段T梁工法试验验证了钢榫键接缝适用于工业化生产。To study the shear properties of steel shear keyed joints, six specimens were designed for direct shear test.Various shear keys and joint types were taken as experimental parameters to study crack development, failure mode, dislocation displacement, ultimate bearing capacity and residual bearing capacity of various joints under direct shear force.The results show that the stiffness and bearing capacity of steel shear keyed joints are higher than those of concrete keyed joints, and the structural system is more stable than that with concrete keyed joints at the occurrence of cracking.Both the concrete key and steel shear key epoxied joints may suffer direct shear failure, but steel key epoxied joints exhibit large residual capacity.Based on traditional segmental bridge construction, the construction methods involving steel shear keyed joints including short-line match, long-line match, and modular methods are introduced.Finally, the feasibility of steel shear keyed joint in construction can be verified based on tests.
