摘　　要：肺动脉高压是一种以肺血管重构为主要特征的进展性疾病,最终发展为右心衰竭,严重影响患者生活质量和生命安全。传统药物治疗可以缓解疾病进展,但预后不佳。而间充质干细胞在实验性肺动脉高压和右心衰竭方面被证明有效,是未来的一个重要科研方向。本文就间充质干细胞在肺动脉高压和右心衰竭的研究进展进行综述。Pulmonary hypertension is a progressive disease characterized by pulmonary vascular remodeling and eventually develops into right heart failure,which seriously affects the quality of life and safety of patients.Traditional drug therapy can alleviate disease progression,but the prognosis is poor.Mesenchymal stem cells have been shown to be effective in experimental pulmonary hypertension and right heart failure,which is an important research direction in the future.In this paper,the research progress of mesenchymal stem cells in pulmonary hypertension and right heart failure is reviewed.
