摘  要:为解决电除尘器易引起二次扬尘的技术难题,进一步降低电除尘器出口粉尘浓度,提高电除尘器对劣质煤种除尘的适应性,研制了一种在阳极板末端周围垂直设置金属网的扬尘捕集罩电除尘装置,并分析了其除原理和结构特点。该装置可高效捕集二次扬尘,适用于要求出口粉尘浓度低于15 mg·m^(-3)的场合,特别适合与易引起二次扬尘的低低温电除尘技术相结合,实现粉尘的高效脱除。以淮北某300 MW电厂为依托,对扬尘捕集罩电除尘进行了对比试验研究,结果表明:常规电除尘器增设扬尘捕集罩后,在燃用硫含量为0.81%、进口粉尘浓度为48.7 g·m^(-3)的劣质高灰煤种的情况下,电除尘出口粉尘浓度从原来的29.38 mg·m^(-3)降低至10.19 mg·m^(-3),突破了电除尘的技术瓶颈,该研究成果适用于燃煤机组及非电行业电除尘器超低排放改造。To solve the technical problems where electric dust catcher tends to cause secondary dust, and to further reduce the dust concentration of outlet of the electric dust catcher and improve the adaptability of inferior coal electrostatic precipitators, this research developed a dust colleccting hood dedusting device with metal mesh vertically installed around the end of the anode plate to achieve efficient dust removal. Based on a 300 MW power plant in Huaibei, a comparative experimental study was carried out on the electric dust removal of dust collecting hood. As the test showed, after adding dust collecting hood to the conventional electrostatic precipitator, under the condition of burning low-quality high-ash coal with sulfur content of 0.81% and imported dust concentration of 48.7 g/m^(3), the dust concentration at the outlet of electric dust removal is reduced from 29.38 mg/m^(3) to 10.19 mg/m^(3), which breaks through the technical bottleneck of electric dust removal. The research results are applicable to the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired units and electrostatic precipitators in non-electric industries.
