摘 要:生物医药科技成果转化是一个复杂体系,其过程涉及多个行为主体,为了更好地解释中国目前的生物医药科技成果转化问题,文章提出“创新化学反应模型”。将科研机构、医疗机构、医药企业3个创新主体看作反应物,将政府政策法规看作反应条件,将中介服务机构和风险投资看作催化剂,在这些因素的共同作用下,科技成果转化为最终产品或服务。文章还围绕以上几个方面对中美两国差异做了对比分析,提出改进建议,为中国的生物医药科技成果转化提供参考。The process of transformation of biomedical scientific and technological achievements involves multiple complex principal part,which is a very complex system.The classic research model is the“Triple Helix Innovation Model”proposed by Henry Etzkowitz in the United States.In order to better explain the current transformation of the biomedical scientific and technological achievements in China,the paper put forward a new“Chemical Reaction Innovation Model”.Scientific research institutions,medical institutions and medical enterprises are regarded as three innovation principal part,government policies and regulations as reaction conditions,and intermediary service institutions and venture capital as catalysts.The joint role of these factors transforms scientific and technological achievements into final products or services.The paper has made a comparative analysis of the differences between China and the United States from all the above aspects,and put forward suggestions for improvement,provides reference for the transformation of biomedical scientific and technological achievements in China.
