摘　　要：肛泰栓(软膏)应用于临床已有20余年的历史,是目前临床上肛肠疾病常用的外治药物之一。肛泰栓(软膏)是国家医疗保险目录甲类药物,有凉血止血,清热解毒,燥湿敛疮,消肿止痛之功效。临床能够有效缓解各类肛门疾病引起的不适症状,同时在改善痔、肛瘘、肛周脓肿、肛裂等肛肠疾病术后的各种并发症时效果显著。肛泰栓(软膏)自临床应用以来,积累了大量临床研究证据和临床经验。为进一步提高临床医师对肛泰栓(软膏)的合理应用,同时避免不规范使用导致的不良反应,参考国内相关指南共识和临床文献,结合肛泰栓(软膏)组方分析及长期的临床用药经验,针对肛泰栓(软膏)的功能主治、用法用量、不良反应及注意事项等进行了讨论,采用证据推荐分级的评估、制定与评价系统证据质量分级和推荐标准,形成本共识,以期为临床医师合理使用肛泰栓(软膏)提供参考。Gangtai suppository(ointment)has been used in clinic for more than 20 years,and is one of the most common external treatment for anorectal diseases.Gangtai suppository(ointment)is included by national medical insurance list(class A).It has the effect of cooling blood,stopping blood,heat-clearing,detoxifying,drying dampness,astringing sore,and relieving swelling and pain.Gangtai suppository(ointment)can effectively relieve the uncomfortable symptoms caused by various anal diseases,and has a significant effect on improving postoperative complications of anorectal diseases such as hemorrhoids,anal fistula,perianal abscess and anal fissure.Gangtai suppository(ointment)has accumulated a lot of clinical research evidence and clinical experience since its clinical application.Based on relevant guidelines,clincial literature,prescription analysis and long-term clinical application experience of Gangtai suppository(ointment),we discuss the functions,indications,usage,dosage,adverse reactions and precautions of Gangtai suppository(ointment)and adopt Grade of Recommendation,Assessment,Development,and Evaluation system evidence quality grading and recommendation criteria to propose this consensus,in order to provide a reference for the rational application of Gangtai suppository(ointment)in clinic and to avoid adverse reactions caused by improper use.
