基于数据挖掘研究《东医宝鉴》中治疗消渴病的组方用药规律

摘　　要：目的探索《东医宝鉴》中治疗消渴病的组方用药规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法选取《东医宝鉴》中记载的治疗消渴病的方剂以及所含中药为研究资料。经过数据筛选、数据清洗、数据标准化处理,建立数据库,采用频数统计、关联规则分析方法进行数据分析。结果《东医宝鉴》包含治疗消渴病中药135味,累计用药频数为691。药性频数依次为寒凉、温热、平,药味频数依次为甘、苦、辛、酸、咸,中药归经主要为脾、肺、胃等,药物功效主要为清热、解毒、利尿、止渴和泻火等。使用较多的配伍组合为熟地黄、白芍、当归、川芎;人参、麦冬、白芍、地黄、当归;石膏、知母、人参、甘草;甘草、麦冬、天花粉、地黄、葛根、五味子;熟地黄、知母、黄柏、山药、山茱萸、牡丹皮、泽泻、茯苓。结论《东医宝鉴》治疗消渴病以甘寒养阴、苦寒泄热为主,兼顾甘温补血、固护阳气,重视滋阴润肺、清热生津和补血润燥。Objective To explore the formula medication rules of wasting-thirst in Precious Mirror of Oriental Medicine and provide medication reference for clinical treatment.Methods Formulas and Chinese herbs in the treatment of wasting-thirst in Precious Mirror of Oriental Medicine were enrolled.The database of formulas and medicines was established after data screening,cleaning and standardization,and the data analyzed by means of frequency statistics and association rule analysis.Results Precious Mirror of Oriental Medicine totally included 135 kinds of Chinese herbs,with a total frequency of 691 times.The frequency of property of Chinese herbs was mainly cold,and followed by warm and neutral;the frequency of flavor of Chinese herbs was mainly sweet,and followed by bitter,pungent,acid and salty;the meridians that herbs entered was mainly spleen,lung,stomach and so on;the effect was mainly clearing heat,detoxification,dieresis,stopping thirst and draining fire and so on.The drug groups with more compatibility and use included Rehmannia,Paeoniae lactiflorae Pall,Angelica,and Ligusticum wallichii;Ginseng,Ophiopogon pogon japonicus,Paeoniae lactiflorae Pall,Rehmannia glutinosa,and Angelica;gypsum,Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge,Ginseng,and Licorice;Licorice,Ophiopogon pogon japonicus,Trichosanthes,Rehmannia glutinosa,Pueraria,and Schisandra chinensis;Rehmannia,Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge,Phellodendron,Dioscorea,Cornus,Paeonia suffruticosa Andr,Alisma,and Poria.Conclusions In Precious Mirror of Oriental Medicine,nourishing Yin through sweet and cold and clearing heat through bitter and cold herb are the key points in the treatment of wasting-thirst,meanwhile,taking into account nourishing blood through sweet and warmth and protecting Yang Qi,which reflects the idea of attaching importance to nourishing Yin and moistening the lung,clearing heat and promoting body fluid,and nourishing blood and moistening dryness.
