摘  要:本试验对378份玉米自交系的株型性状进行分析,对株高、穗位高、茎节数、节间长和苞叶之间的关系进行了研究。结果显示:株高受穗位高、平均节间长、穗上茎节数、穗下2、穗上3和穗上1节间长的共同影响,呈极显著正相关,其直接通径系数分别为0.741、0.414、0.502、1.006、0.784、0.343,穗下2、穗上3和穗上1节间长对株高的影响还存在协同性。穗位茎节数、穗下平均节间长、株高以及穗下2节间长与穗位高存在极显著正相关,其直接通径系数分别为0.991、0.265、0.645、1.138,且穗下2节间长对穗位高的影响显著高于其他节间长对穗位高的作用。通过提高穗上茎节数,控制穗下2、穗上1和穗上3节间长的生长可有效协调青贮玉米株高和穗位高的关系。研究结果对青贮玉米株型育种有一定的参考价值。T he traits of the plant type of 378 maize inbred lines were analyzed,and the relationship among plant height,ear height,stem nodes number,internode length and husk leaves were studied.The results showed that the plant height would be affected by the ear height,average internode length,number of stem nodes on spike,the second internode length below spike,the third internode length on spike,and the first internode length on spike,and had a very significant positive correlation,and the direct path coefficients were 0.741,0.414,0.502,1.006,0.784,0.343.The second internode length below spike,the third internode length on spike,and the first internode length on spike had a synergistic effect on plant height.There was a very significant positive correlation between the stem nodes number at the ear position,the average internode length below spike,the plant height,and the second internode length below spike and the ear height.The direct path coefficients were 0.991,0.265,0.645,1.138.The effect of the second internode length below spike was much higher than that of other internode lengths on ear height.By increasing the number of stem nodes on spike and controlling the growth of the second internode length below spike,first internode length on spike and third internode length on spike can effectively coordinate the relationship between plant height and ear height of silage maize.The research results have certain reference value for silage maize plant type breeding.
