摘　　要：目的:探讨社交网站体像比较对女大学生限制性进食行为的影响机制。方法:以630名女大学生为被试,采用社交网站体像比较量表、外表社会压力量表、自悯量表及荷兰饮食行为量表进行测试。结果:女大学生社交网站体像比较强度、外表社会压力及限制性进食行为两两之间均呈显著性相关;外表社会压力在社交网站体像比较与女大学生限制性进食行为之间起中介作用;自悯在社交网站体像比较和外表社会压力对女大学生限制性进食行为的预测路径中起到负向调节作用。结论:外表社会压力在社交网站体像比较对女大学生限制性饮食的影响中起中介作用,且自悯在社交网站体像比较和外表社会压力对女大学生限制进食的影响路径起到负向调节作用。Objective:In order to explore the influence mechanism of Social Network Site Appearance Comparison on female college students’restrained eating behavior.Methods:630 female college students were tested by the Social Net⁃work Site Appearance Comparison scale,Appearance-related Social Pressure scale,self-compassion scale and the Dutch eating behavior scale.Results:Female college students’Social Network Site Appearance Comparison,Appearance-relat⁃ed Social Pressure scale and restrained eating behavior were all significantly correlated with each other;Appearance-relat⁃ed Social Pressure played a mediating role between Social Network Site Appearance Comparison and female college stu⁃dents’restrained eating behavior;Self-compassion significantly moderated the path of Social Network Site Appearance Comparison and Appearance-related Social Pressure on female college students’restrained eating behavior.Conclusion:Appearance-related Social Pressure played a mediating role between Social Network Site Appearance Comparison and fe⁃male college students’restrained eating behavior,and self-compassion played a negative moderating role on the path from Social Network Site Appearance Comparison and Appearance-related Social Pressure to female college students’re⁃strained eating behavior.
