摘　　要：目的:评估自我厌恶量表中文版(SDS-C)在我国抑郁症患者中的效度和信度。方法:466名抑郁症患者完成SDS-C、贝克抑郁量表第2版中文版(BDI-Ⅱ-C)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、自尊量表、自我和谐量表和特质愤怒量表测试。结果:(1)结构效度:通过因子混合分析方法,分类出正反向条目潜在反应一致样本(n=377),平行分析碎石图结果提示SDS-C得分为1因子结构,探索性结构方程模型(ESEM)结果证实1因子模型最为简约,拟合指标和条目的因子负荷(0.43-0.77)均符合测量学要求。(2)汇聚和区分效度:SDS-C总分与抑郁量表、自我和谐量表的自我与经验不和谐因子得分中度正相关(r=0.29-0.55,P<0.05),与自尊量表得分呈中度负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.01),与特质愤怒量表得分不相关(r=0.15,P=0.14)。(3)信度:SDS-C得分内部一致性α系数为0.85,条目间平均相关系数为0.31,各条目与其它条目总分相关系数为0.35-0.66。结论:自我厌恶量表在抑郁症个体中具有良好的结构和实证效度及信度,是测量抑郁症个体自我厌恶水平的有效工具。Objective:To evaluate the validity and reliability of Self-Disgust Scale of Chinese version(SDS-C) among patients with major depressive disorder(MDD).Methods:466 MDD patients completed SDS-C,Beck Depression Inventory-II of Chinese Version(BDI-II-C),Hamilton Depression Scale 17-item(HAMD-17),Self-Esteem Scale(SES),Self-Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS) and Trait Anger Scale(TAS).Results:(1)Through a factor mixture analysis of RIFFA uncovering the first latent classes of respondents with same positive loading sample(n=377),the scree plot by parallel analysis indicated SDS-C was a one-factor model in MDD patients.The ESEM results confirmed that not only the onefactor model was the most parsimonious,but also both the fitness index of the one-factor model and its factor loadings of items(0.43 to 0.77) met the psychometrical criteria.(2)The scores of SDS-C were positively correlated with the scores of BDI-Ⅱ-C,HAMD-17,and the dimension of incongruence between self and experiences of SCCS(r=0.29-0.55,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the scores of SES(r=-0.51,P<0.01),and uncorrelated with the scores of TAS(r=0.15,P=0.14).(3)The Cronbach α coefficient of SDS-C was 0.85,and the items average correlation coefficient was 0.31,and itemrest related coefficients were 0.35-0.66.Conclusion:SDS-C presents satisfied structure and practical validity and reliability in MDD patients,which can be a viable instrument to measure self-disgust level in MDD patients.
