摘  要:目的:检验认知行为课堂干预结合指导叙事写作降低中学生考试焦虑的效果。方法:对北京市某初中191名初三学生开展了三次认知行为(CBT)课程和自助指导叙事写作。在干预前、每次课后、写作后和一个月追踪共6个时间点施测简版考试焦虑量表。结果:被试的考试焦虑在三次课程干预后显著降低(d=0.26);一个月追踪时,写作组的考试焦虑显著低于未写作组(d=0.40),CBT课程结合写作降低考试焦虑的效果达到中等效应量(d=0.58)。结论:初步验证了课堂CBT降低初中生考试焦虑的效果,结合指导叙事写作可进一步维持和增强干预效果。Objective:Junior middle school students are in the face of increasing academic pressure and may experi⁃ence high levels of test anxiety.Mental health lectures have been widely used in China.The current study examined the ef⁃fect of a classroom-based cognitive-behavioral intervention on reducing test anxiety in middle school students.Methods:Three cognitive-behavioral lectures and guided narrative writing on three consecutive days were conducted with 191 junior middle school students in Beijing.Test anxiety was assessed by test anxiety inventory-short form at pre-intervention,after each lecture,post-writing,and one-month follow-up.Results:Test anxiety reduced significantly after three lectures(d=0.26);the writing group had significantly lower test anxiety than the non-writing group at one-month follow-up(d=0.40).The combination of lectures and writing reduced test anxiety with a medium effect size(d=0.58).Conclusion:The class⁃room-based cognitive-behavioral intervention significantly reduced test anxiety in junior middle school students and add⁃ing guided narrative writing post-course maintained and enhanced the effects of interventions on test anxiety.
