摘  要:单纯性肥胖症是一种代谢性的慢性疾病。近年来,随着经济水平的持续增长,肥胖人口越来越多,甚至在一些发达国家和地区人群中,已经达到流行的程度,成为21世纪最严重的公共卫生挑战及健康问题之一。人体成分分析仪能快速测算出人体成分以及评估患者的肥胖状态,可更精确地评价减肥的疗效。针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效明确,优势明显。艾炳蔚教授认为针灸减肥的优势在于减少脂肪的同时不会影响到其他营养成分,说明其无害性及有效性,值得临床推广及使用。笔者在跟随艾师临床学习中,整理艾炳蔚教授的典型病案,查阅相关文献,进行总结,现将其经验整理如下,以飨同道。Simple obesity is a chronic metabolic disease.In recent years,with the continuous growth of economic level,more and more people have obesity.It has become one of the most serious challenges and problems for public health in developed countries and regions in the 21 st century.The body composition analyzer can quickly calculate the body composition and evaluate the obesity status of patients,and can more accurately evaluate the effect of weight loss.Acupuncture has clear curative effect and obvious advantages in the treatment of simple obesity.Professor Ai Bingwei believes that the advantage of acupuncture for weight loss is to reduce fat without affecting other nutrients with harmlessness and effectiveness,which is worthy of promotion and use in clinical trial.Following Ai Shi in the clinic,the typical medical records of Ai Shi was collected,sorted out and summarized by author to offer more experience for colleagues.
