猪牙皂化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：猪牙皂(Gleditsiae Fructus Abnormalis)为豆科植物皂荚的干燥不育果实。现代植物化学研究发现猪牙皂中不仅含有黄酮类、挥发油类、木脂质类、多糖类以及多种类型三萜皂苷等化学成分,还含铁、锌、铜等微量元素。现代药理学研究表明猪牙皂具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗过敏、抗氧化、抗菌、保护神经系统、改善心肌缺血等多种药理作用。本文结合近20年来发表的相关文献,对猪牙皂的化学成分和药理作用研究进展进行了系统综述,旨在为猪牙皂药理活性的深入研究及相关新剂型开发提供理论依据和参考。Gleditsiae Fructus abnormalis is an arid sterile fruit of G.sinensis Lam..Modern phytochemistry investigation showed that G.fructus contains not only flavonoids,volatile oils,lignans,polysaccharides,various saponins and other components,but also trace elements such as iron,zinc,copper and so on.Pharmacological studies have shown that G.fructus has anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,anti-allergy,anti-oxidation,protecting nervous system,improving myocardial ischemia and other effects.In this paper,based on the relevant literatures published in the past 20 years,the research progress of the chemical components and pharmacological effects of G.fructus was systematically reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis and reference for the deep study of the pharmacological activities and the development of relevant new dosage forms.
