摘 要:由于低品位磷矿P_(2)O_(5)含量低,杂质含量高,研究低品位磷矿的高效利用具有重要意义。采用煅烧、浸提和酸活化新工艺制备一种复合土壤调理剂。经过煅烧、NH_(4)NO_(3)溶液浸提、过滤后,可以获得高品位磷矿。浸提产生的NH3可用稀硝酸吸收,生成硝酸铵循环利用。通过煅烧和浸提,P_(2)O_(5)含量由10.18%提高到29.04%。酸活化过程中,磷矿与脲硫酸反应活化难溶性磷,磷活化率为96.2%。最后,在反应干燥后的产物中加入KCl,得到复合土壤调理剂。采用的煅烧、浸提和酸活化工艺为低品位磷矿的资源化利用提供了新思路。Due to the low P_(2)O_(5) content and high impurity content of low-grade phosphate rock,it is of great significance to study the efficient utilization of low-grade phosphate rock.A composite soil conditioner was prepared by a new process of calcination,extraction and acid activation.After calcination,NH_(4)NO_(3) solution extraction and filtration,high-grade phosphate rock can be obtained.The NH_(3) produced by extraction can be absorbed by dilute nitric acid to generate ammonium nitrate for recycling.Through calcination and extraction,the P_(2)O_(5) content increased from 10.18%to 29.04%.In the process of acid activation,insoluble phosphorus was activated by the reaction of phosphate rock with urea-sulfuric acid,and the activation rate of phosphorus was 96.2%.Finally,KCl was added to the product after reaction drying to obtain the composite soil conditioner.The adopted calcination,extraction and acid activation processes can provide a new idea for the resource utilization of low-grade phosphate rock.
