摘 要:随着矿山可采品位的逐渐下降,实现原矿矿石富集对矿山生产的降本增效及资源的综合利用具有重要意义。为了富集某铜镍矿矿石,采用微波技术对该矿石与废石样本进行微波辐照试验研究,分析矿石样本与废石样本在不同功率与时间的微波辐照下温度分布的变化差异,探讨微波辐照富集矿石的可行性。结果表明:该铜镍矿石在不同微波辐照功率与照射时间下,矿石与废石可体现出明显的色温差异,具有较好的直观识别特征,且矿石样本的温度变化与微波辐照功率及照射时间呈正相关,表明微波辐照可用于该铜镍矿石与废石的区分识别,结合人工智能的图像识别技术,可形成一种新型图像色选的矿石预富集技术。With the gradual decline of payable ore grade,it is of great significance to realize raw ore enrichment for reducing cost and increasing efficiency of mine production and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.In order to enrich a copper-nickel ore,microwave technology was used to study the microwave irradiation of the ore and waste rock samples.The differences in temperature distribution of ore samples and waste rock samples under microwave irradiation with different powers and time were analyzed,and the feasibility of microwave irradiation to enrich ore was discussed.The results show that under microwave irradiation with different powers and irradiation time,the ore and waste rock of the copper-nickel ore show obvious difference in color temperature,which has a good intuitive recognition feature.The temperature change of the ore sample is positively correlated with microwave irradiation power and irradiation time.It shows that microwave irradiation can be used to distinguish the ore and waste rock in the copper-nickel ore.Combining with artificial intelligence image recognition technology,a new image color separation ore pre-enrichment technology can be formed.
