摘 要:煤炭温度是决定煤炭自燃发展程度的关键因素和可靠因素。煤炭自燃临界温度一般为70~80℃,为了能够及时采取有效措施将温度控制在临界温度以下,开展了通过测定CO体积分数计算煤岩自燃过程中煤体温度的研究。通过试验得出煤炭在低温氧化过程中温度和CO体积分数数据,利用数值分析原理,建立温度与CO体积分数之间的关系模型,求解得出该模型的反函数,从而建立CO体积分数与煤炭自燃过程中温度的函数关系,实现了通过测定CO体积分数计算煤炭自燃过程中煤体温度的目的。许疃煤矿某工作面工程实例验证结果表明,该方法的预测精度能达到工程要求,为煤炭自燃临界温度的预测提供一种较为可靠的手段。Coal temperature is the key and reliable factor to determine the development of coal spontaneous combustion.The critical temperature of coal spontaneous combustion is generally 70-80℃.In order to take effective measures to control the coal temperature below the critical temperature in time,a study was carried out to calculate the coal temperature during coal spontaneous combustion by measuring the CO volume fraction.The temperature and CO volume fraction data of coal in the low-temperature oxidation process were obtained through experiments.Using the principle of numerical analysis,the relationship model between temperature and CO volume fraction was established,and the inverse function of the model was solved.Thus,the functional relationship between CO volume fraction and temperature in the process of coal spontaneous combustion was established,realizing the purpose of calculating coal temperature in the process of coal spontaneous combustion by measuring CO volume fraction.The verification results of a working face project in Xutuan Coal Mine show that the prediction accuracy of this method can meet the engineering requirements,and it can provide a more reliable means for predicting the critical temperature of coal spontaneous combustion.
