摘　　要：中小学教师投稿要先找合法学术期刊,即有正确CN号的期刊;再选合适期刊,即与自己论文匹配度高的期刊;要讲究投稿细节,即确保稿件信息规范,投稿方式正确,充分利用邮件展示论文内容;还要抓住退修机会,既要辩证看“退修”,又要认真对待“退修”。Primary and secondary school teachers should first find legal academic journals,that is,journals with correct CN numbers;then they should choose the right journal with a high matching degree with their own papers;also they need to focus on the details of the submission,that is,authors should ensure that the manuscript information is standardized,the submission way is correct and that the content of the paper is displayed via email;it is also necessary to seize the opportunity of rejection and revision,not only treating“rejection and revision”in a dialectical way but taking“rejection and revision”seriously.
