循证护理在异位妊娠患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析循证护理在异位妊娠患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2019年5月至2020年5月收治的80例异位妊娠患者采取随机抽取数字法均分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例),其中对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用循证护理,将两组患者护理前后的心理状态(抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表)、护理满意度、术后并发症发生情况以及生活质量进行比较。结果对照组与观察组护理前的心理负面情绪差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),护理后,较之对照组,观察组心理负面情绪相关指标结果均较低(P<0.05)。护理后,较之对照组,观察组护理人员的态度、修养环境、宣传教育、护理操作、病情恢复评分均更高(P<0.05);较之对照组,观察组并发症(腹腔出血、切口渗血、高碳酸血症、局部炎症等)发生率较低(P<0.05);较之对照组,观察组躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能评分较高(P<0.05)。结论在异位妊娠患者中应用循证护理具有显著的效果,可减轻患者的负面情绪,提高患者对护理的满意度,降低并发症的发生风险,为患者提供良好的预后。Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,80 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases).The control group were treated by routine nursing care,the observation group were treated by evidence-based nursing.The psychological state(depression self rating scale,anxiety self-assessment scale),nursing satisfaction,postoperative complications and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The control group and the observation group psychological negative emotions less difference before treatment(P<0.05),the nursing after compared with the control group,the observation group psychological negative emotions related index results in a lower status(P<0.05).After nursing,the attitude of nursing staff,cultivation environment,publicity and education,nursing operation,condition recovery scores were better compared with the control group(P<0.05).The risk of complications(abdominal bleeding,incision bleeding,hypercapnia,local inflammation,etc.)was lower compared with the control group(P<0.05).The physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function scores were higher compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based treatment has a significant effect,can reduce patients'negative emotions,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing,reduce the risk of complications,and provide a good prognosis.
