导乐分娩联合家庭式温馨护理环境对产妇情绪、分娩结局及新生儿的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在产妇分娩中对产妇采取导乐分娩联合家庭式温馨护理环境干预对情绪、分娩结局及新生儿的影响。方法将我院2021年1月至2022年6月接收治疗的产妇50例作为本次观察对象,按照随机数表法将产妇分为观察组(导乐分娩联合家庭式温馨护理环境,25例)和对照组(常规护理措施,25例),比较分析两组护理后护理满意度、分娩结局、新生儿阿普加(Apgar)评分、护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果护理前,观察组与对照组VAS、HAMD、HAMA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分析两组护理后的护理效果可见,观察组产妇护理满意度、阴道自然分娩率高于对照组,护理后VAS、HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在产妇分娩中对其采取导乐分娩联合家庭式温馨护理环境干预可显著提高护理满意度,预防不良妊娠结局,相较于常规护理措施更能减轻分娩疼痛,缓解负性心理情绪,且不会对新生儿Apgar评分造成影响。Objective To analyze the effect of doula delivery combined with family warm nursing environment intervention on mood,delivery outcome and newborn in parturient delivery.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,50 parturients who received treatment in our hospital in recent years were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,parturients were divided into observation group(Doula delivery combined with family-style warm nursing environment,25 cases)and control group(routine nursing measures,25 cases).The nursing satisfaction,delivery outcome and neonatal Score d'Apgar(Apgar),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared and analyzed.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in VAS,HAMD and HAMA scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Analysis of the nursing effect of the two groups showed that the nursing satisfaction and natural vaginal delivery rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the VAS,HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than those of the control group after nursing,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the Apgar score of the newborn was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In childbirth puerpera childbirth to guide the joint family warm nursing intervention can significantly improve nursing satisfaction,environment,the prevention of adverse pregnancy outcomes,compared with the conventional nursing can relieve labor pain,alleviate the negative psychological feelings,and will not affect neonatal Apgar score.
