小儿喘息性支气管炎的雾化吸入治疗及护理措施

摘　　要：目的观察小儿喘息性支气管炎的雾化吸入治疗及护理措施疗效。方法我院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的54例小儿喘息性支气管炎患儿为本次研究对象,按照是否应用雾化吸入治疗及护理干预将所有患儿分为对照组(27例:未应用雾化吸入治疗及护理干预)与试验组(27例:应用雾化吸入治疗及护理干预),比较两组患儿预后情况。结果试验组患儿入院诊疗护理干预72 h后总有效率(96.30%)明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿家长对临床诊疗护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿临床症状消失时间短于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿喘息性支气管炎患儿雾化吸入治疗及护理干预可极大程度促进患儿疾病改善,有利于良好护患关系的建立。Objective To observe the curative effect of atomization inhalation treatment and nursing measures for children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods Fifty-four children with asthmatic bronchitis in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.All children were divided into control group(27 cases:children did not use atomization inhalation treatment and nursing intervention)and experimental group(27 cases:children were treated with atomization inhalation treatment and nursing intervention).The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate(96.30%)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group 72 hours after admission,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of parents in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atomization inhalation therapy and nursing intervention in children with asthmatic bronchitis can greatly promote the improvement of children's disease,which is conducive to the establishment of good nurse patient relationship.
