基于人文关怀理念的护理干预在老年肺部感染中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析基于人文关怀理念的护理干预在老年肺部感染中的应用效果。方法将我院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的120例老年肺部感染患者随机分为观察组60例(基于人文关怀理念的护理干预)和对照组60例(常规护理措施),比较两组护理后护理满意度、护理依从性、平均住院日、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果比较两组护理满意度及依从性可见,观察组相对更高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者平均住院日,观察组的平均住院日较对照组的缩短,疗效高于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理前,HAMA、HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分更低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年肺部感染患者的临床治疗中,使用基于人文关怀理念的护理干预措施能够有效提高提高护理满意度,患者的护理依从性,缩短平均住院日,缓解患者负性心理情绪,相较于常规护理措施更有利于促进患者护理后身体恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of humanistic care in elderly patients with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group(60 patients in the nursing intervention group based on the concept of humanistic care)and the control group(60 patients in the routine nursing measure group).The nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance,average length of stay,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and compliance of the two groups showed that the observation group was relatively higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hospitalization days of the two groups were compared,the average hospitalization days of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the curative effect was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary infection,the use of nursing interventions based on the concept of humanistic care can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,patients'nursing compliance,shorten the average length of stay,alleviate patients'negative emotions,and is more conducive to promoting the recovery of patients'diseases than conventional nursing measures.
