摘　　要：结合相关规范要求和设计实践经验,构建生命周期碳减排和居住满意度提升双控目标下的寒冷地区城市住宅设计实现矩阵,并结合住宅示范项目对实现矩阵的设计辅助方式、实际应用效果进行分析。This paper relies on related standards and design practices to propose a construction method and presentation modality of carbon emission reduction and occupant satisfaction improvement,using realization matrix for urban housing design in the cold zones in North China.Based on residential demonstration projects,it offers analyses on the design method and application effect of the realization matrix.
