摘　　要：当前,河南省已基本形成定位科学、层次分明的实验室体系,实验室已成为创新体系中的一股重要科研力量。与此同时,因实验室体系的建设投资主体缺乏、投资方式单一、投资体制机制不健全不灵活等问题,使科技金融工作出现较大面积的短板,严重制约实验室体系的发展。为此,本研究瞄准“十四五”时期河南省实验室体系发展目标,从投资主体、投融资渠道、科技金融产品、资本支持环境等方面出发,对实验室体系建设的金融支持路径、模式等方面提出创新发展对策建议,进一步提升实验室体系建设的金融服务能力和资本支持力度,从而实现产学研用融合的良性循环,加速科技成果转化。At present,Henan Province has basically formed a scientific and hierarchical laboratory system,and the laboratory has become an important scientific research force in the innovation system. At the same time,due to the lack of investment subjects in the construction of the laboratory system,the single investment mode,the imperfect and inflexible investment system and mechanism,there is a large area of shortcomings in the work of science and technology finance,which seriously restricts the development of the laboratory system. Therefore,this study aims at the development goal of the laboratory system in Henan Province during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period. From the aspects of investment subject,investment and financing channels,science and technology financial products,capital support environment and so on,this paper puts forward innovative development countermeasures and suggestions on the financial support path and mode of laboratory system construction,so as to further improve the financial service ability and capital support of laboratory system construction,so as to realize the virtuous cycle of financial integration of industry,university,research and application,and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
