我国综合科技期刊集群运营模式探析——以科学出版社科技刊群为例

摘　　要：集群化发展有利于出版模式转型,有利于提升中文科技期刊的传播与交流能力,有利于立体宣传深度推广。本研究首先重点梳理了我国科技期刊集群发展的几种模式,其中科学出版社是综合科技刊群模式的代表,并以此为例分析总结了科学出版社综合刊群的运营模式,提出了借助科技期刊集约化的出版平台,实现编辑出版业务集群化发展的管理模式。最后提出了加入集群、抱团取暖,集约发展、提高效率,集团思维、规模发展,中外合作、海外并购等四方面对我国科技刊群发展的思考与建议。The cluster development is conducive to the transformation of the publishing model,to the improvement of the dissemination and communication capabilities of Chinese scientific journals,and to the in-depth promotion of three-dimensional publicity. This paper focuses on sorting out several modes of the cluster development of science and technology journals in my country. Among them,Science Press is the representative of the comprehensive scientific and technological periodicals group model,and analyzes and summarizes the operation mode of the comprehensive scientific and technological periodicals group by taking this as an example. The intensive publishing platform realizes the management mode of the cluster development of editing and publishing business. Finally,this paper puts forward the thoughts and suggestions on the development of my country’s science and technology journal groups in four aspects: joining the cluster,holding a group for warmth,intensive development,improving efficiency,group thinking,scale development,Sino-foreign cooperation,and overseas mergers and acquisitions.
