摘　　要：本研究对吉林市科创大数据平台的建设背景、主要架构、具体功能以及上线运行情况进行详细介绍,并根据现有平台的特点,对平台下一步建设进行规划设计,从而能更好地实现科技项目全流程的闭环管理,并对政府科技管理及科研工作提供数据支撑。This study introduces the construction background, main architecture, specific functions and on-line operation of Jilin Science and Technology Innovation Big Data Platform in detail. According to the characteristics of the existing platform, the next step of the platform construction is planned and designed, so as to better realize the closed-loop management of the whole process of science and technology projects and provide data support for the government ′s science and technology management and scientific research work.
