摘 要:针对发电厂中锅炉纯水需要除氨的技术问题,介绍了电除氨技术的原理,设备结构及工艺流程,以含氨锅炉水(电导率约50μS/cm,pH约为10.4)作为研究对象,开展了在不同操作电压条件下,不同流量的实验下,测试除氨性能,探究其除氨机理。其设备CEDI-200,操作流量可调控操作范围在1~5 L/h,操作电压在6~40 V,都能实现除氨的作用,检测值均为未检测出。Principle of electric removal of ammonia water in pure water,the structure of electric removal of ammonia water device and the process were discussed,as to the technical issues of removing ammonia in boiler pure water which used in power station.The boiler water which had less ammonia(conductivity 50μS/cm,pH=10.4)was investigated by device CEDI-200 in different voltages and flows,the effect of removal of ammonia were tested.the result was showed that the value of operating flow 1~5 L/h,operating voltage 6~40 V,the device could remove the ammonia in boiler pure water.
