摘 要:采用反硝化生物滤池(DNBF)处理安徽省蚌埠市五河县污水处理厂二级生化出水,通过改变碳氮比(C/N)以及碳源类型,重点考察了低滤层下DNBF的脱氮效能,并构建了脱氮动力学模型。研究结果表明:当滤层高度为2.5 m,滤速为9 m/h,温度为16~17℃时,最佳C/N比为6;两种碳源(甲醇、乙酸钠)TN的平均去除率分别为72.78%、67.76%,乙酸钠能较好地提高DNBF的脱氮效能,并且出水TN、COD平均值分别为3.93、20.55 mg/L,在最佳碳氮比条件下并没有发生碳源穿透现象,出水均满足地表水“准Ⅳ类”水质标准(COD≤20~50 mg/L,ρ(TN)≤10 mg/L);此外,一级反应动力学模型能较好的拟合两种碳源下的DNBF脱氮过程,且相关系数R2分别高达0.997 2、0.983 9。本实验研究为五河后续提标改造工程提供了技术支撑,并为“准Ⅳ类水”提标改造工程提供参考。A denitrification biofilter(DNBF) was used to treat the secondary biochemical effluent from Wuhe County Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bengbu City, Anhui Province. By changing the carbon to nitrogen ratio and carbon source(methanol, sodium acetate), the denitrification efficiency of DNBF under low filtration layer was emphatically investigated and a denitrification kinetic model was constructed. The results showed that the optimum C/N ratio was 6when the filtration layer height was 2.5 m, the influent flow rate was 9 m/h and the temperature was 16~17 ℃;the average TN removal rates of the carbon sources(methanol, sodium acetate)were 72.78% and 67.76% respectively. Sodium acetate can improve the denitrification efficiency of DNBF, and the average TN and COD value of the effluent were 3.93 and 20.55 mg/L respectively.No carbon penetration occurs at the optimum carbon to nitrogen ratio, and the effluent meets the "quasi-IV" water quality standard for surface water(COD≤20~50 mg/L,ρ(TN)≤10 mg/L). In addition, the primary reaction kinetic model was able to better fit the denitrification process of DNBF with two carbon sources,and the correlation coefficients were as high as 0.997 2 and 0.983 9 respectively. The experimental study will provide technical support for the subsequent upgrading of Wuhe and a reference for the upgrading of "quasi-IV water".
