阿维A胶囊联合窄谱紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阿维A胶囊联合窄谱紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病的效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2020年1月广西壮族自治区民族医院收治的寻常型银屑病患者50例,按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各25例。对照组予以阿维A胶囊口服,研究组在对照组基础上给予窄谱紫外线照射。比较两组临床疗效、瘙痒程度、疾病治愈时间、平均住院时间以及治疗后免疫功能水平变化情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组瘙痒程度评分低于对照组,疾病治愈时间及平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿维A胶囊联合窄谱紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病患者疗效显著,能改善其免疫功能,建议在临床在推广并予以应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of acitretin capsules combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet irradiation in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2020,50 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the Nationality Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each.The control group was given acitretin capsules orally,and the study group was given narrow spectrum ultraviolet irradiation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pruritus degree,disease healing time,average hospitalization time and immune function level changes after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective treatment rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pruritus degree score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the disease healing time and average hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of acitretin capsules combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet radiation for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris patients has remarkable efficacy and can improve their immune function,and it is recommended to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
