纳布啡注射液与地佐辛注射液在无痛胃镜术中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的:分析纳布啡注射液与地佐辛注射液在门诊无痛胃镜手术中的镇痛、镇静效果及安全性。方法:选取2020年1-12月在阳城县人民医院门诊进行无痛胃镜手术的患者100例,随机分为两组。观察组50例应用盐酸纳布啡注射液和丙泊酚注射液麻醉方案,对照组50例应用地佐辛注射液和丙泊酚注射液麻醉方案。比较两组患者血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、疼痛评分、镇静评分及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组SpO_(2)、HR、MAP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组镇静评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纳布啡注射液应用于门诊无痛胃镜手术中可有效降低疼痛程度,提高镇静效果,且有效降低不良反应发生率,安全性较高,具有推广价值。Objective:To analyze the analgesic and sedative effects and safety of nalbuphine injection and dezocine injection in outpatient painless gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in outpatient department of Yangcheng County People's Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The 50 cases in the observation group were anesthetized with nalbuphine hydrochloride injection and propofol injection,while 50 cases in the control group were anesthetized with dezocine injection and propofol injection.Blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),analgesia score,sedation score and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results:SpO_(2),HR and MAP levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The sedation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nalbuphine injection in outpatient painless gastroscopy can effectively reduce the pain degree,improve the sedation effect,and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with high safety and promotion value.
