摘  要:目的:分析可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)快速检测方法在胎膜早破诊断中的价值。方法:选取遵义航天医院2019年12月-2020年12月收治的60例胎膜早破患者作为试验组,同时将门诊产检的60例健康孕妇作为参照组。比较两组血清sICAM-1水平,Kappa检验血清sICAM-1与阴道液pH、羊水积液检测的一致性。结果:试验组血清sICAM-1水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。sICAM-1与阴道液pH、羊水积液检测一致性较好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清sICAM-1快速检测在胎膜早破患者呈高表达,可作为胎膜早破诊断中的生物标志物。Objective:To analyze the value of rapid detection of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)in the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes.Methods:Sixty patients with premature rupture of membranes who were admitted to Zunyi Aerospace Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and 60 healthy pregnant women who underwent outpatient obstetric examination during the same period were selected as the reference group.The serum sICAM-1 levels of the two groups were compared.The Kappa test was used for the consistency of serum sICAM-1 with vaginal fluid pH detection and amniotic fluid detection was observed.Results:The serum sICAM-1 level in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).sICAM-1 had good consistency with vaginal fluid pH detection and amniotic fluid detection with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid detection of serum sICAM-1 is highly expressed in patients with premature rupture of membranes,and it can be used as the biomarker in the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes.
