舒适护理与认知干预对B超介入联合清宫术治疗瘢痕妊娠患者的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理与认知干预对B超介入联合清宫术治疗瘢痕妊娠患者的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月仙桃市妇幼保健院收治的52例瘢痕妊娠患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各26例。对照组实施舒适护理,观察组实施舒适护理联合认知干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预前,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对B超介入联合清宫术治疗的瘢痕处再次妊娠患者予以舒适护理联合认知干预的效果显著,具有较高的有效性,值得应用并予以推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort nursing and cognitive intervention in patients with cesarean scar pregnancy treated by B ultrasound combined with evacuation of uterus.Methods:Fifty-two patients with cesarean scar pregnancy who were admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xiantao City from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group implemented comfort nursing,and the observation group implemented comfort nursing combined cognitive intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before the intervention,the scores of the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)showed no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time ofβ-human chorionic gonadotropin and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing combined with cognitive intervention has a significant effect on re-pregnancy patients with scar treated by B ultrasound combined with evacuation of uterus,it is highly effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
