摘  要:随着我国城镇化建设的快速发展,城市的下垫面发生变化,使城市洪涝灾害发生频率增加。为有效缓解城市洪涝灾害,本文选取未来科学城北区和亦庄X35号海绵调蓄区为研究对象,分别选择3场降雨径流过程进行率定和验证,概化并构建SWMM模型,峰值流量误差均小于20%,符合相关规程的精度要求;通过预设研究区域未来新建的3种不同海绵城市建设措施方案,以地表总径流量、峰值流量作为参数,分别对比分析两个研究区域不同措施对雨洪调蓄的效果差异:未来科学城北区绿色屋顶效果最好;亦庄X35号调蓄区,雨强较小时透水铺装效果最好,雨强较大时雨水花园效果最好。结果表明,不同地块、不同措施的雨洪调蓄效果存在较大差异,海绵城市建设规划或措施布局时需进行针对性分析。With the rapid development of urbanization construction in China,the underlying surface of cities has changed,which increases the frequency of urban flood disasters. In order to effectively alleviate the urban flood disaster,this paper selects the North District of Future Science City and Yizhuang X35 sponge storage area as the research objects. Three rainfall runoff processes are selected for calibration and verification,and the SWMM model is constructed. The peak flow errors are all less than 20%,which meet the accuracy requirements of relevant regulations. By presetting three different sponge city construction measures in the study area in the future,and taking the total surface runoff and peak flow as parameters,the effects of different measures on rainfall runoff storage in the two study areas are compared and analyzed respectively. The green roof in the North District of Future Science City has the best effect. In Yizhuang X35 storage area,the permeable pavement has the best effect when the rain intensity is low,while the rain garden has the best effect when the rain intensity is high. The results show that there are great differences in the effect of rainfall runoff regulation and storage in different plots and measures,and targeted analysis should be carried out in the layout of construction planning or measure of sponge city.
