摘 要:再生水被公认为“城市第二水源”,是缓解水资源供需矛盾、改善水生态环境质量的重要举措。本文以南通市洪江排水有限公司达标尾水为研究对象,在综合分析污水处理厂出水水质、再生水用户水质要求的基础上,结合区域相关规划,提出了达标尾水经冷热暖“三联供”项目热能提取后回用于城市景观河道生态补水的思路,并采用数值模型对城市污水再生回用的水环境影响进行了分析。结果表明,达标尾水经“三联供”项目热能提取后,再生水水质和水量可满足区域城市景观河道的生态补水要求,实现“一水多用”,对于促进区域水生态的良性循环具有重要意义。Reclaimed water is recognized as the“second water source of the city”,which is an important measure to alleviate the contradiction between water supply and demand and improve the quality of water ecological environment. In this paper,the standard tail-water of Nantong Hongjiang Drainage Co. Ltd is taken as the research object. Based on the comprehensive analysis of effluent water quality of sewage treatment plant as well as the reclaimed water users’ demand of water quality,combining with the relevant regional planning,the idea that the standard tail-water can be used for ecological water replenishment in urban landscape river after the heat energy extraction of the Supplying Combined Cooling Heating and Hot Water Project is put forward. The numerical model is used to analyze the water environmental impact of municipal sewage reclamation and reuse. The results show that after the heat energy is extracted from the standard tail-water through the Supplying Combined Cooling Heating and Hot Water Project,the standard tail-water,the quality and quantity of reclaimed water can meet the ecological water replenishment requirements of the regional urban landscape river,and realize the“multiple use of one water type”,which is of great significance to promote the benign cycle of regional water ecology.
