应用普美显进行肝脏MRI增强检查时动脉期、门脉期及移行期的图像质量比较

摘　　要：目的比较应用普美显进行肝脏MRI增强检查时动脉期、门脉期及移行期的图像质量。方法回顾性分析应用普美显进行肝脏MRI增强检查的121例患者的临床资料,对其动脉期、门脉期及移行期图像的伪影情况及图像质量进行评价。结果患者动脉期的严重伪影发生率均高于门脉期与移行期,图像质量综合评分均低于门脉期与移行期(均P<0.05),而门脉期与移行期之间的严重伪影发生率、图像质量综合评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用普美显进行肝脏MRI增强检查时,动脉期图像严重伪影多于门脉期与移行期,图像质量差于门脉期与移行期。Objective To compare the image quality between arterial phase,portal vein phase,and transitional phase in the application of PrimovistⓇto liver enhanced MRI examination.Methods The clinical data of 121 patients who received liver enhanced MRI examination using PrimovistⓇwere retrospectively analyzed,and the image artifacts and image quality in arterial phase,portal vein phase and transitional phase were evaluated.Results The incidence rate of serious artifacts in arterial phase was higher than that in portal vein phase and transitional phase,and the comprehensive score of image quality was lower than that in portal vein phase and transitional phase(all P<0.05);however,there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence rate of serious artifacts and comprehensive score of image quality between portal vein phase and transitional phase(P>0.05).Conclusion When conducting liver enhanced MRI examination using PrimovistⓇ,the serious image artifacts in arterial phase are more than those in portal vein phase and transitional phase,and the image quality is poorer in arterial phase than in portal vein phase and transitional phase.
