摘　　要：目的 观察MyoSure宫腔镜组织切除系统治疗0型/Ⅰ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析采用MyoSure宫腔镜组织切除系统治疗的42例0型/Ⅰ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者(观察组)和同期接受单极宫腔镜电切术治疗的42例0型/Ⅰ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者(对照组)的临床资料。比较两组患者的手术时间、膨宫液用量、膨宫液吸收量、一次手术成功率及围术期并发症的发生情况。结果 与对照组相比,观察组的手术时间更短,膨宫液用量与膨宫液吸收量更少,一次手术成功率更高,围术期并发症发生率更低(均P<0.05)。结论 相比于传统宫腔镜电切术,采用MyoSure宫腔镜组织切除系统治疗0型/Ⅰ型子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者可缩短手术时间,减少膨宫液用量及膨宫液吸收量,一次手术成功率更高,围术期并发症发生率更低。Objective To observe the clinical effect of MyoSure Hysteroscopic Tissue Removal System in the treatment of type 0/Ⅰ submucous myoma of uterus. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with 0/Ⅰ submucous myoma of uterus who received MyoSure Hysteroscopic Tissue Removal System(observation group), and 42 patients with type 0/Ⅰ submucous myoma of uterus who were treated by monopolar hysteroscopic electrotomy(control group) during the same period were retrospectively analyzed. The operation duration, dosage of uterine dilatation fluid, absorptive amount of uterine dilatation fluid, one-time operative success rate, and the occurrence of perioperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results As compared with the control group, the observation group exhibited shorter operation duration, less dosage and absorptive amount of uterine dilatation fluid, a higher one-time operative success rate, and a lower incidence rate of perioperative complications(all P<0.05). Conclusion Compared to conventional hysteroscopic electrotomy, employing MyoSure Hysteroscopic Tissue Removal System in the treatment of patients with type 0/Ⅰ submucous myoma of uterus can shorten operation duration, reduce the dosage and absorptive amount of uterine dilatation fluid, obtain a higher one-time operative success rate, and a lower incidence rate of perioperative complications.
