摘　　要：目的 观察关节镜下缝线套扎结合双RIGIDLOOP^(TM)钛板减张治疗后交叉韧带(PCL)胫骨侧止点撕脱性骨折患者的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析10例PCL胫骨侧止点撕脱性骨折患者的临床资料。患者均行关节镜下缝线套扎结合双RIGIDLOOP^(TM)钛板减张术。记录患者术后并发症发生情况、骨折愈合情况,比较患者手术前后的国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)膝关节主观评分及Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果 所有患者均顺利完成手术,均未发生切口感染。术后平均随访32.8个月,所有患者骨折均愈合,其中有1例患者出现肌间静脉血栓,2例患者出现轻度屈曲受限,经对症治疗后均痊愈。术后6个月,患者的IKDC膝关节主观评分及Lysholm膝关节功能评分均高于术前(均P<0.05)。结论 采用关节镜下缝线套扎结合双RIGIDLOOP^(TM)钛板减张治疗PCL胫骨侧止点撕脱性骨折患者疗效确切,可有效改善患者的膝关节功能,安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic suture ligation combined with tension reduction using double RIGIDLOOP^(TM) System in the treatment of patients with tibial avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament(PCL).Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with PCL tibial avulsion fracture were retrospectively analyzed.All of them were treated with arthroscopic suture ligation combined with tension reduction using double RIGIDLOOP^(TM) System.The occurrence of postoperative complications,fracture healing condition of patients were recorded.The knee joint subjective score of the International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)and the Lysholm knee joint function score were compared between the two groups before and after operation.Results The operation were successfully completed in all patients without incision infection.The average follow-up period was 32.8 months.The fractures healed in all the patients,among which one case had intramuscular venous thrombosis,and two cases had mild flexion limitation,and the three patients recovered after symptomatic treatment.At 6 months after operation,the patients'knee joint subjective score of IKDC and Lysholm knee joint function score were higher than those before operation(all P<0.05).Conclusion Employing arthroscopic suture ligation combined with tension reduction using double RIGIDLOOP^(TM) System in the treatment of patients with PCL tibial avulsion fracture exerts a determined efficacy,which can ameliorate the knee joint function of patients,with a high safety.
