全息经络刮痧疗法治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察全息经络刮痧疗法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将70例KOA患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组35例予塞来昔布胶囊口服,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上应用全息经络刮痧疗法。2组均治疗14 d。比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数量表评分变化;比较2组治疗前后血清白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平变化。结果2组治疗后疼痛VAS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组疼痛VAS低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后疼痛、僵硬、关节功能评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后疼痛、关节功能评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组疼痛、僵硬、关节功能评分及总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全息经络刮痧疗法治疗KOA疗效确切,可有效改善患者关节症状,降低血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of holographic meridian scraping therapy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Totally 70 KOA patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=35)and the control group(n=35).All patients were managed by oral celecoxib capsules,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with holographic meridian scraping therapy.A 14-day treatment were performed to compare visual analogue scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)Arthritis Index,serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Results After treatment,VAS in groups was decreased(P<0.05),which in the treatment group was decreased in comparison with the control group(P<0.05);the scores of pain,stiffness,joint function in the treatment group were decreased than those before treatment(P<0.05),which were decreased in the treatment group relevant to the control group(P<0.05);the improvement in pain,joint function in the control group after treatment were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).IL-1βand TNF-αin groups was decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group was more prevalent(P<0.05).Conclusion For KOA patients,holographic meridian scraping therapy has a definite curative effect,which can effectively improve the joint symptoms and reduce the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-1β.
