摘　　要：少弱精子症的病因复杂,推荐进行系统的病史采集和体格检查,建议通过精液分析、精浆生化、内分泌学、微生物学、影像学、遗传学等检查以明确病因诊断,从而指导合理化治疗。中医学认为,少弱精子症虽然主要责之于肾,但与肝、脾胃、心、肺亦有密切的关系。河北地域常见的中医证型包括肾精亏虚、脾肾两虚、肾虚血瘀、肺肾两虚、肾虚湿热、肝郁肾虚、血瘀水停和无证可辨8个证型,推荐中西医结合治疗,若治疗6个月以上无效,可合理选用辅助生殖技术帮助患者生育。The etiology of oligoasthenozoospermia is complex.Systematic history collection and physical examination are recommended.Semen analysis,seminal plasma biochemistry,endocrinology,microbiology,imaging,genetics and other examinations are recommended to clarify the etiological diagnosis so as to guide rational treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that although oligoasthenozoospermia is mainly caused by the kidney but it also closely related to the liver,spleen,stomach,heart and lung.There are 8 common TCM syndrome types in Hebei area,such as deficiency of kidney essence,spleen and kidney deficiency,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,lung and kidney deficiency,kidney deficiency with damp-heat,liver stagnation and kidney deficiency,blood stasis and water retention,failure of syndrome differentiation.The intergrated chinese and western medicine therapy is recommended.If the treatment is ineffective for more than six months,the assisted reproductive technology could be reasonably selected to help the patient reproduction.
