摘  要:将某油区减压馏分油和常压渣油按质量比7:3进行混合,利用小型固定流化床装置进行催化裂化反应,考察了反应温度和剂油比对产品分布的影响,研究结果表明:当反应温度为510℃、剂油比为5时,轻油产率最高;干气产率、液化气产率随温度的升高而增大,焦炭产率随温度的升高而降低;干气产率、液化气产率和焦炭产率均随剂油比的增大而增大。The effects of reaction temperature and c/o ratio on product distribution were investigated through blending the vacuum distillate and atmospheric residue at a mass ratio of 7:3andcarrying out the catalytic cracking reaction by a small fixed fluidized bed unit.The results showed that the light oil yield was the highest when the reaction temperature was 510℃and the c/o ratio was 5.The yield of dry gas and liquefied gas increased with the temperature rise,while the yield of coke decreased with the temperature rise.Dry gas yield,liquefied gas yield and coke yield increased with the increase of c/o ratio.
