摘 要:文中分析了高胶含量乳液接枝聚合过程,重点讨论了不同胶含量对反应和物性结果的影响。结果表明:在ABS乳液聚合接枝体系中,当粉料掺混配比不变时,在63%~73%胶含量范围内,ABS产品的冲击强度随胶含量增加,拉伸强度、熔融指数、硬度等物性会受到影响降低,热变形温度主要受分散相和连续相相容性影响。This paper analyzed the graft polymerization process of emulsion with high gum content,and discussed the effects of different gum content on the reaction and physical properties.The results showed that,in the ABS emulsion polymerization graft system,the impact strength of ABS products increased with the gum content,tensile strength,melting index,hardness and other physical properties impacted decreasingly and the thermal deformation temperature mainly affected by the compatibility of the dispersed phase and the continuous phase when the powder mixing ratio is unchanged and the gum content range is 63%~73%.
