摘  要:采用水滴法对催化裂化催化剂孔体积进行测定,分析了测量过程中产生测量不确定度的主要来源,主要由测量重复性、样品焙烧、样品称量和使用滴定管等方面引起,通过试验数据和计算对各不确定度分量进行评定,得到孔体积的扩展不确定度。评定结果表明,测量重复性引起的不确定度最大,样品称量引起的不确定度最小。对于孔体积水平为0.35 mL/g的测试样品,其扩展不确定度为0.01 mL/g。It used the aquametry method to determine on pore volume catalytic cracking catalyst,analyzed the main source of measurement uncertainty in the measuring process,mainly caused by the measurement repeatability,sample roasting,sample weighing and burette using,etc,achieved the pore volume of expanded uncertainty through assessing the experiment data and calculation of the uncertainty components.The evaluation results showed that the uncertainty caused by measurement repeatability was the largest,and the uncertainty caused by sample weighing was the smallest.For the test sample with a pore volume level of 0.35 mL/g,its extended uncertainty was 0.01 mL/g.
