摘　　要：阐述了某石化公司炼油结构调整优化工程新建连续重整装置及加氢裂化装置改造项目120×10^(4) t/a连续重整装置核心设备“再生器(0208-R-301)”研制的主要工艺过程,重点介绍了设备制造关键点及组装工艺控制措施,其制造质量完全满足设计图样要求。经过开工运行考察及装置大检修期间的在役设备的复检,各项结果均满足装置生产工艺指标。This paper described the main technological process of developing the core equipment of 120×10^(4) t/a continuous reforming unit"regenerator(0208-R-301)"in the refinery structure adjustment and optimization project of a petrochemical company,introduced the key points of equipment manufacturing and the control measures of assembly process which totally met the design requirements.After the inspection of start-up operation and the overhaul reinspection,all the results met the production process indicators of the plant.
