摘　　要：文章研究“一带一路”沿线国家数字贸易营商环境对中国对外直接投资的影响,通过熵值法测算“一带一路”沿线45个国家2008年至2017年的数字贸易营商环境,利用Heckman两阶段模型和扩展的投资引力模型进行实证研究。总体来看,“一带一路”沿线国家数字贸易营商环境水平与中国对外直接投资之间呈现“U”型非线性关系,表明东道国数字贸易营商环境的初步完善,并不能立即吸引中国企业的对外直接投资,只有当东道国数字贸易营商环境进入成熟阶段以后,才能吸引中国企业的对外直接投资并不断扩大投资规模;从经济发展水平看,“一带一路”沿线中高收入国家的数字贸易营商环境与中国对外直接投资之间的关系更符合“U”型特征。因此,需要逐步缩小与“一带一路”沿线国家间的“数字鸿沟”及信息不对称,完善数字贸易统计和核算体系;在数字经济快速发展的今天,中国企业进行对外直接投资时必须把东道国的数字贸易营商环境作为重要考量,这将有利于提升中国对外直接投资的质量,促进中国对外直接投资可持续发展。The article focuses on the countries along the“Belt and Road”,and studies the impact of the digital trade business environment on China’s foreign direct investment.The entropy method is used to measure the digital trade business environment of 45 countries along the“Belt and Road”from 2008 to 2017,and the Heckman two-stage model and the extended investment gravity model are used for empirical research.The study found that:Overall,the level of digital trade business environment in countries along the“Belt and Road”and China’s OFDI presents a“positive U”shape nonlinear relationship,indicating that the preliminary improvement of the host country’s digital trade business environment can not immediately attract Chinese companies.Only when the digital trade business environment of the host country has entered a mature stage,can it attract Chinese companies’OFDI and continue to increase their investment in it;among countries with different incomes,the relationship between digital trade business environment of upper-middle-income countries along the“Belt and Road”and China’s OFDI is more similar to the“positive U”shape nonlinear relationship.Therefore,it is necessary to gradually reduce the“digital divide”and information asymmetry with countries along the“Belt and Road”,promote the development of digital trade in countries along the route,and improve the digital trade statistics and accounting systems.With the r apid development of the digital economy,Chinese companies must take the digital trade business environment of the host country as an important consideration when conducting OFDI,which will help improve the quality of China’s OFDI and promote the sustainable development of China’s OFDI.
