摘　　要：近年来,由于信息技术的突破和政策的支持,传统媒体与新媒体正向着相互融合的趋势发展,构建起愈加完善的多媒体传播矩阵。在此背景下,网络舆情表现出传播主体多元、传播内容真假难辨、传播渠道多样、扩散速度快的特征,呈现出扩大化、非理性化等趋势。文章从秘书学的角度出发,分析现代网络舆情给秘书工作带来的挑战,提出要在秘书工作能力和组织制度建设方面采取有力措施,力促秘书成功转型并建立高效的组织内部运行机制。In recent years,due to the breakthrough of information technology and policy support,traditional media and fusion media are developing towards fusion media and constructing a more and more perfect multimedia communication matrix.From the perspective of secretarial science,this paper discusses how secretaries face challenges in the context of increasingly complex and multiple network public opinions in the fusion media era.According to the reality,the paper points out that online public opinion in the new era has the characteristics of multiple communication subjects,difficult to distinguish true and false communication content,diversified communication channels and fast diffusion.At the same time,taking various recent news as cases,it shows the trend of enlargement and irrationalization of current network public opinion.Based on the above analysis,it is concluded that modern network public opinion poses four challenges to the secretarial work with“writing,handling,planning and management”as the main content.On this basis,the paper tries to explore how secretaries can effectively face the challenges brought by technological progress,and proposes effective measures to be taken in the construction of secretaries’working capacity and organizational system,so as to promote the successful transformation of secretaries and efficient internal operation mechanism of organizations.
