摘 要:以采自贵州黔中地区的4株野生大型真菌(NK、LM、JUF、GS)为研究材料,形态学结合ITS测序进行品种鉴定,并利用茶树枝叶发酵料对其进行秋栽驯化试验。鉴定结果表明,菌株NK、LM、JUF、GS均为花脸香蘑,同源性达99%。以茶树枝叶发酵料栽培4个花脸香蘑菌株发现,其菌丝萌发速度快,发菌时间短。出菇试验中,菌株GS、NK、LM的生物学效率分别达24.5%、25.6%、10.3%;当温度降至10℃时,3个菌株的菇蕾不再生长,因此在黔中地区适宜9月中旬播种,可以采收二潮菇。Taking four strains of wild macrofungi(NK,LM,JUF,GS) collected from Guizhou Province as research materials,the varieties were identified by morphology combined with ITS sequencing,and the fermentation material made of tea tree sawdust tea were used for autumn cultivation and domestication test.The identification results showed that NK,LM,JUF and GS were all Lepista sordida with 99% homology.It was found that the mycelial germination rate was faster and the germinating time was short when the four L.sordida strains cultivated with tea sawdust fermentation material.In the fruiting test,the biological efficiencies of GS,NK and LM were 24.5%,25.6% and 10.3% respectively.When the temperature drops to about 10 ℃,the mushroom buds no longer grow,so it is suitable to sown in the middle of september in Guizhou,two flush mushrooms can be harvested.
