摘  要:以留兰香废弃茎叶为栽培主料,研究了留兰香废弃茎叶和玉米芯不同配比对平菇菌丝生长、生物学效率及鲜菇产量的影响。结果表明,随着留兰香废弃茎秆所占比例的增加,平菇菌丝生长速度加快,出菇时间提前,生物学效率和产量下降。配方A_(5)(留兰香废弃茎秆90%、麸皮5%、石灰3%、石膏2%)相对于配方A_(1)(CK)(玉米芯90%、麸皮5%、石灰3%、石膏2%)而言,生物学效率下降了26.3%,第1潮菇出菇时间平均提前1周左右。研究结果证实了采用留兰香废弃茎叶栽培平菇的可行性。The effects of different proportions of waste stems and leaves of Mentha spicata and corncob on mycelial growth,biological efficiency and yield of fresh Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.The results showed that the mycelium growth rate of P.ostreatus was increased,the time of mushrooms growing out was advanced,and the biological efficiency and yield were decreased with the increase of the proportion of waste stems and leaves of M.spicata.Formula A_(5)(90% waste stems and leaves of M.spicata,5% bran,3% lime,2% gypsum) decreased the biological efficiency by 26.3% compared with formula A_(1)(CK)(90% corncob,5% bran,3% lime,2% gypsum),the average time of the first tide mushrooms out earlier about a week.This study confirmed the feasibility of cultivating pleurotusostreatus with waste stems and leaves of spearmint.
