摘 要:随着《不动产登记暂行条例》的施行,全国迅速全面开展不动产登记工作,铁路用地的不动产测绘及登记取证工作也随之开展。本文以《中国铁路北京局集团有限公司土地测绘及登记取证服务》项目为例,通过对项目复盘,发现对于狭长线路土地测绘及权籍调查工作传统测绘手段效率很低,无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在相同项目中的优势更加明显。With the implementation of theprovisional regulations on real estate registration,the real estate registration work is rapidly and comprehensively carried out throughout the country,and the real estate surveying and mapping,registration and evidence collection of railway land are also carried out.In this paper,it took the project of"land surveying and mapping and registration and evidence collection service of China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Company Limited"as an example,by the review of the project,the the efficiency of traditional surveying and mapping methods for land surveying and mapping and cadastral investigation of long and narrow lines was proved to be very low,and the advantages of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)tilt photogrammetry technology in similar projects were more obvious.
