摘  要:近几年来,国土资源执法监察已经由传统人工执法阶段全面进入数字执法阶段,在很多城市取得较大建设成果和应用效果。但是随着科技的进步和经济社会的发展,以及“智慧城市”建设的深入推进,以云计算、大数据、人工智能为代表的新一代信息技术正引领国土资源执法监察进入智能执法新阶段。本文基于原有国土资源数字执法建设成果,引入云地理信息系统(GIS)技术,建设了更加便捷高效、智能精准的“云+端”模式的国土资源执法监察新技术体系,可实现巡查车辆、人员等资源智能优化调配,实时掌握监测土地的状况和异常变化情况,为及时遏制土地违法行为提供决策服务。In recent years,land and resources law enforcement supervision has changed from the traditional manual law enforcement stage to the digital law enforcement stage,and great construction results and application effects have been achieved in many cities.However,with the advancement of science and technology and economic and social development,as well as the deepening of the construction of"Smart City",a new generation of information technology represented by cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence is leading the land and resources law enforcement supervision into the intelligent law enforcement stage.Based on the original land and resources digital law enforcement construction results,in this paper,cloud geographic information system(GIS)technology was introduced to build a more accurate,efficient,flexible,and"cloud+terminal"land and resources law enforcement supervision new technology system,which could optimize the deployment of inspection vehicles,personnel and other resources in real time,master and monitor land conditions,and provide decision-making services for timely containment of land illegal activities.
