摘 要:对抗稻瘟病水稻新品种不断地选育与合理种植可以有效地阻碍稻瘟病的发生。伴随着越来越多的抗稻瘟病基因被克隆,为使已克隆的抗稻瘟病基因能够更好地应用到抗稻瘟病育种中,该文就国内外已克隆抗稻瘟病基因在染色体上的分布,分类研究,遗传特性,抗性机理进行分析,并且对其在分子育种应用方面作出总结。从而为水稻抗稻瘟病分子育种提供理论参考和依据。The continuous breeding and rational planting of new rice varieties resistant to rice blast can effectively hinder the occurrence of rice blast.As more and more rice blast resistance genes have been cloned,in order to the cloned rice blast resistance genes can be better applied to breeding rice varieties resistant to rice blast,this paper focuses on the distri-bution and classification of cloned rice blast resistance genes on chromosomes at home and abroad.Then,genetic characteristics and resistance mechanism were analyzed,and its application in molecular breeding was summarized,so as to provide theoretical reference and basis for rice molecular breeding for blast resistance.
