摘　　要：在乡村振兴的背景下,农村建设和发展的重要内容是生态文明建设,但从实际的角度来看,辽宁省农村生态文明建设仍存在一些问题,对其经济发展和振兴有一定的影响。该文通过对辽宁省农村生态环境的现状进行剖析,结合辽宁地方特点提出行之有效的对策,为提高新时代农村生态环境水平,加快生态文明建设提供参考。In the context of rural revitalization,the important content of rural construction and development is the construction of ecological civilization,but from a practical point of view,there are still some problems in the construction of rural ecological civilization in Liaoning Province which have a certain impact on its economic development and revitalization.Based on the analysis of the current situation of rural ecological environment in Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures according to the local characteristics of Liaoning Province.To provide reference for improving the level of rural ecological environment and accelerating the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.
